Another beautiful British summers evening, and I was in Stroud, a small town just outside of Gloucester, shooting some photos for a community organisation that I’ve supported for a few years now. We’d just finished a shot of the whole group, when one of the members pointed out how beautiful the sunset looked. I quite happily took some shots of the wonderful orange sky.
A few moments later we noticed the moon and that same members was stunned when I was able to show them the detail on the face of the moon, taken through my 600mm lens.
It’s wonderful feeling when your photography wows people and shows them things they couldn’t see with the naked eye.
