Soudley Ponds are another hidden Gem in the Forest of Dean. Luscious greenery against the backdrop of the ponds looks particularly stunning in the springtime and it’s a popular place for visitors to the forest to ride their bikes and picnic. The locals, however, make sure they don’t miss the opportunity for photos in the Bluebells that carpet the forest floor (i’m no exception) and to get to those natural beauties, you have to cross this rather old stone bridge – beautiful, in it’s own way.
